RECYSCLINIC
ENCAPSULATOR
A reduced-size safety tool which supports any type of encapsulated needle. This device is attached to a table or trolley near where a needle will be used and which is always available for use in the same place, and the risk of accident by needlestick injury is avoided.
The advantages obtained with the RECYSCLINIC ENCAPSULATOR are:
- Avoids manual re-encapsulating, reducing the risk of accident by puncture.
- Economizes the system as it is not necessary to use costly safety needles (a safety needle costs 3 to 5 times more than normal).
- Compliance with current legislation, as according to directive 2010/32/EU of 10th May 2010, there should be security systems for sharps in all health centres throughout the entire EU.
- Improved use with respect to safety needles as it is not necessary to make any significant change in use, and in addition the professional will always have the syringe located in the same place.
